The ownership of CJ Wijns had two criteria in mind when it came to choosing our coffee.
The first criteria is that the coffee that is served at CJ Wijns has to be the best Seattle Style Coffee available on the market today.
Tully's was a natural partner for our coffee needs.
Tully's has a serious obsession with quality that begins it's journey in choosing the right coffee bean in the field and follows with a like minded effort to ensure that you are only getting the best final product in your cup.
Tully’s selects their coffee from the world’s leading coffee growers –true agricultural artisans– in order to source the top 10% of Arabica beans produced.
This labor allows Tully’s to produce a cup of coffee that is striking, unique and truly handcrafted...(In other words...the perfect match for CJ Wijns.)
The second criteria is that our store has to be open no later than 7:00AM for that first cup in the morning that everybody needs to start their day.
